14 Day Return Policy

We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email info@glamolife.com for a return authorization number. If you do not obtain a RA#, your package will be refused. Items must be unused in original condition with tags attached within 14 days for a refund. If you requested a refund back to your credit card, a credit card transaction fee in the total amount of 2.9% + $0.30 is deducted from your return total. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn. If the tags have been cut off and pinned, or secured back on in anyway, the item will NOT be accepted back. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers’ responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to buyers' negligence will not be accepted for refund. Any return that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer, as we do not sell used merchandise. Sale, special and personalized orders cannot be returned and are final sale. All sale items are not returnable. Shipping costs are not refundable. Merchandise should be shipped to:

Please ship your package through a traceable shipping method. We suggest UPS or USPS with delivery confirmation.

We will email you within 5 business days of receiving your package to confirm your return. Once your return is received, a refund will be issued within 1 billing cycle. We do not accept returns after 14 days from receipt.

Important:

Upon placement of order, please check your confirmation email immediately to insure "ship to" address is correct. Should the address be incorrect, please contact glamolife immediately. Once a package has been shipped, there will be a $20 redirect charge should the address need to be changed while in transit.

Shipping costs from glamolife will not be refunded or credited under any circumstances. All costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 7 days of package arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be made after 7 days. Please contact us immediately at info@glamolife.com and we will process a claim and/or replacement. USPS usually requires an inspection in the event of damage so please hold onto all packing materials and the item until further notice. glamolife MUST be informed within 7 days of delivery of all damaged goods, or we cannot process a claim. Please inspect all deliveries thoroughly upon arrival.
